Well it's the weekend once again and having a little downer. Weekends always seem to be the worse for me. Everybody is doing something or seemingly so and I begin to feel socially isolated and withdrawn which leads to depression. However after finding I can use my local university library to study and read in I have begun to feel better about the weekends. Using the library gets me out of my house and into an environment where I am surrounded by people. This makes a massive difference to my whole wellbeing because I don't feel as socially isolated as I do when I'm at home and I have something to do.
